Kansas City Man Dies After Attending Party on Pine Street A Kansas City man was shot in the parking lot on the northwest corner of Washington and Pine Street around midnight Sunday January 17. According to the Warrensburg Police Department officers were called to Western Missouri Medical Center to investigate a shooting. At the hospital officers discovered Marcus A. Brown Jr. of Kansas City suffering from a gunshot wound. Mr. Brown was pronounced dead a short time later.
