Of control. we have, as you said, some crime problems. we do not need it exacerbated, and exploited by those that would initiate a criminal act, and then turn around and act like someone who is absolutely here, at best, defending himself, that he is not trying to in any way pursue this guy as they are trying to demonstrate that almost people are innately just beating up innocent citizens. and that point you made there, one of the reasons i think this is so toxic is, every american city has a ton of different challenges, it is very hard to make cities work, particularly coming out of the pandemic. what you need to deal with that is, clear eyed, honest, and reasonable conversations about policy trade-offs, about expanding housing, about getting people treatment. and this just takes all that and drives it into the worst ....
