Edinboro University sells Porreco campus in Erie to LECOM for $3.2M

Edinboro University has sold its former Porreco College property to the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. The 28-acre property on West 38th Street in Millcreek previously was Edinboro's Porreco College. The university sold the property for $3.2 million. The university announced the sale Wednesday afternoon.
