To have a lot of access to members. So i looked at newspaper articles, internet services, all kinds of Public Record documents. I interviewed a couple of them, but after a while i decided to stay away from the interview perspective and i really tried to take the view of ion the outsider. If somebody wanted to find out about numbers of congress in the outside and obviously im an overly interested outsider so im not the typical outsider, but if somebody wanted to find out about members, what would they have to do to do that .
