One area that i agree with what they did. I will touch own those two. One is they have a 90day window to go to the board of supervisors to get the mayors approval for the procurement process changing some of the rules around that and i dont disagree with it taking traditionally 90 days. I do believe that the board of supervisors if they wish to to expedite that process.
