Called to an apartment complex on senter road in East San Jose. They were met with gunfire. Officer Michael Johnson was killed. People were evacuated from the area overnight. A Family Member called police to report that the suspects was despondent, intoxicated and might have access to weapons. When officers arrived on the scene they spotted a man on the balcony. Police got a call of a drunken suicidal man on the 2600 block of senter road last night. Three officers responded to the calm. They spotted movement on the second floor balcony.
