However still faces 70 billion in automatic spending cuts over the next two years. And more cuts are likely as lawmakers work toward a broader deal to cut americas 13 trillion debt. Meanwhile talks with iran with the nuclear program, to give it up, in exchange for repealing crushing sanctions could change the regions security dynamic as china raises tensions across the pacific by trying to enforce the claims to the east china sea.
