Dont get me wrong. Ive seen it work firsthand. Ive been a strong advocate for this program. However, we have had results of a gao study that are less than favorable. Gao recommends that tsa limit future funding for the program so an accurate study is completed using behavioral indicators to identify based on tsas own plans it will be at least three years before they can begin measuring the effectiveness of spot. Im that tsa disagrees with the gaos findings and i look forward to hearing that. And also argues that spot is riskbased, which i think its a good premise. I would like to hear tsas exp...
