Year. The prince actually hadnt attended the state opening i dont think since 1996 before last year, though he had attended several before then. So this is the second time that theyve attended as a couple, and they are now arriving at the sovereigns entrance under the victoria tower, and what well see a little later on is charles and camilla seated at the queens side just on the righthand side of the main throne in the ceremonial chairs, the chairs of state which are being brought in for them.
