Multi-million selling British singer FISH has posted a detailed statement on his social mediaexplaining how the new regulations UK musicians face to be able to tour across Europe as a result of the government’s Brexit deal are going to cripple the industry.
His examination of it, both as a solo artist with decades of success, and also as the ex-frontman of a global band – Marillion – makes for devastating reading. An abridged version of it is included below.

The Set Fire to the Rain hitmaker has marked the 10th anniversary of her seminal second studio album, and confessed that her memory of making the record and how she felt at the time is blurry.
She captioned the artwork on Instagram: Well I never! Happy 10 years old friend! It’s crazy how little I remember of what it was like and how I felt a decade ago. But Thank You from the bottom of my heart for letting us into your lives and letting me be a soundtrack to some of it x (sic)
The 2011 LP - which featured hit singles such as Rolling in the Deep and Someone Like You - was written after the 32-year-old singer s separation from her then-partner. ....

Paris Jackson has teamed up with the guy whose music helped her deal with the most difficult times of her life.
The singer has released new track Eyelids, a collaboration with Manchester Orchestra leader Andy Hull, and admits it was very special hearing him sing her lyrics.
Manchester Orchestra was the soundtrack to the most vital time in my life in regards to mourning and becoming who I am today, she opened up to NME.com. His voice has guided me through some of the roughest times, where I really had to lean into healthy coping skills, and to hear (him) singing lyrics from my heart was one of the coolest things in the world. ....

Joanna Connor set to release new album produced by Joe Bonamassa

Chicago-based slide guitar virtuoso and singer-songwriter, Joanna Connor, who is best known as one of the reigning Queens of blue rock guitar, releases her 14th album 4801 South Indiana Avenue on Joe Bonamassa’s new independent blues record label Keeping The Blues Alive on February 26, 2021.
She also releases the upbeat first single “I Feel So Good” along with the companion music video.
The new album, the follow up to her critically acclaimed studio album Rise, was produced by Joe Bonamassa and Josh Smith at Ocean Way Recording Studios in Nashville, Tennessee.
Joanna, Joe and the rest of the musicians on the album dug deeply and conjured up an authentic, alive and kicking non-derivative set of Chicago Blues. ....
