A sexual assault victim is speaking up about her terrifying experience with a former state trooper. Lee Ray Boykin Jr. is currently serving 43 years behind bars for sex crimes against two women.

Former Texas state Lee Ray Boykin Jr. attempted to blame the victims, but the court said it was “repugnant,” commenting that he had destroyed their lives.

A former state trooper has been ordered to serve 516 months in federal prison after he was convicted of coercing two women into providing him oral sex while on-duty, the U.S. Attorney’s Office announced Wednesday.

U.S. District Judge George C. Hanks called Boykin a “predator” who had not shown remorse for his crimes. “Your crocodile tears do not impress me," he said.
