Tax Cuts Increase Federal Revenues
Brian Riedl's analysis of Reagan's 1980 tax cuts shows that, as aresult of the cuts, tax revenues increased substantially in thenext 10 years. Any increase in budget deficits was thereforethe result of spending increases rather than tax cut-inducedrevenue decreases.
