Again, at the onset, there will be differences of opinion, but i think overall the organization is pretty even keel in terms of how people are treated whether you are sworn or civilian. The department did previously with the review back in 1112, the way the department previously did their annual reports where they were much more extensive, but they also took approximately 1824 months to complete. If you look back in history at the departments annual report, technically included data for 1112. It was much longer.
