Happy with the megaplans as they stand now. I think its a great plan but i dont think they thought it through. Reporter she didnt want levis stadium. She says the megacomplex will bring more traffic and parking problems. Its another halfbaked plan with grandiose ideas that they havent addressed the infrastructure. Reporter well, it is going to be a threephase project with phase one completed in five years the retail shops.
