arrived this morning to inspect the damage and so far no one has claimed responsibility for the blast. fred pleitgen is live for us in kyiv with the latest. so fred, russian officials saying traffic has resumed on the bridge. what are you hearing? reporter: well, we re hearing and seeing some of that traffic, russian officials say it has resumed and it really seems to be just a tiny trickle of traffic if you will. just to give you an overview, it is a pretty wide bridge, it has the rail link that was disrupted for a long period of time. we are hearing a train apparently has managed to bypass that bridge thounow. but it had four automobile bridges, lanes, two in each direction and it seems like one lane is working for all of the traffic. and the explosion that we keep seeing on our screens there was so powerful that it caused part of the car bridge to collapse. and essentially what the russian investigative committee is saying, all of it happened in the very early morn ....
