The monies from the American Rescue Plan come from the hard work of poor/middle class workers. They certainly do NOT come from the billionaires/trillionaires and huge corporations that benefited from four years of Trumpism/Republicanism that cut their taxes and added at least $1 trillion plus to the national debt.
