Representative Hern has introduced the "Roadmap to Congressional Reform" bill package. The package includes legislation for term limits, withholding congressional salaries and canceling recess if the budget is not approved. There is also legislation requiring bills to be published in full on a chamber website at least one week before a vote to allow time to read the bill.
