Was asked to do is Water System Improvement Program and one thing i looked at is about the 4. 8 billion dollars wurthd of work and a lot of the work was regional. We looked at how can we make sure that we provide opportunities for san franciscans and people in the region and so we looked at ways we can expand our local San Francisco lb program.
