The future, it is assumed by most commentators, will be hybrid-shaped, with knowledge workers unwilling to make the daily commute back to a corporate office part of their routine again. That being so, there’s an obvious question to be addressed - what do we do with all those skyscrapers that tech firms have spent so much time and money on building?
