The babys Mother Told Police her daughter had been in the care of her livein boyfriend leroy morris the night before she noticed swelling on her daughters head and a black eye. Police say morris admitted to dropping the baby on her head and stepping on her on Christmas Eve after he had been drinking and using drugs.
