This Grocery Store parking lot turned into a lake with winds at or near hurricane strength, knocked down stores of trees including and freed the 11yearold who had injuries. And the area bridges make driving hazardous and the same conditions knocking out power to more than 225,000 people and businesses including this restaurant in downtown San Francisco that cannot open.
