NegOcc village chiefs cite role of BDP in uplifting communities

The PHP20.695 million worth of farm tractors received by seven of the 14 insurgency-cleared villages in Escalante City, Negros Occidental from the Barangay Development Program in rites held on October 11. "The program gives us the encouragement to live peaceful, productive and progressive lives.
