Intel does. They design them. And they are basically an intellectual property firm. As everything becomes a computer, they are really important. About 15 billion chips with arm designs shipped last year, up from about 6 billion in 2010. So lots of obviously the smartphone revolution has been huge for them. But everything is a computer now.
