Board of trustee members desire to create a separate school for the districts africanamerican community. The school was established within one year the district began cutting programming at the intentionally segregated k 8 school. In 2016 a district report found millions of dollars were being taken away from bayside mlk and funneled into willow creek academy. A wealthy sausalito charter school.
