Freedom of speech have been doing just that all along. Even when you pull the curtain to vote privately you now have the right to make your vote public. Thats the decision from a federal Appeals Court upholding a Lower Court Ruling that declared New Hampshires ban on ballot selfies unconstitutional. In 2014 in an effort to curb potential voter fraud, the state outlawed displaying photos of marked ballots a violation that carried a fine up to 1,000.
