Courtesy-JCSO NORTH VERNON, Ind. – Members of the Jennings County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) served an arrest warrant for murder and arson, on Tuesday at around 11:20 p.m., during a planned traffic stop on Michael Hubbard, 37. The arrest stems from a lengthy investigation that started in May 2019 involving the death of Robert Head, in Country Squire Lakes.
