Downed power lines in the street. Utility crews were called in to cut the power and gas. That delay along with the fierce winds blowing helped the flames to spread. The wind can be a factor. A lot of houses were connected with a common area above the second floor to the ceiling that is an open area. Reporter let me give you an idea of the intensity of the flames. These cars were parked across the street. Right now theres nothing left of them just the shell. Two people were injured.
