Emmanuel Charles Cadet March 8, 2021 Early Years Charles Cadet was born in Castries, Saint Lucia on December 16, 1924. His father, Gerald Cadet, was an offspring of one of Saint Lucia’s early advocates of political advancement, who served on the Castries Town Board (now the Castries City Council) for several decades in the early part of the twentieth century.
