Drawn. Heres how this all started. According to philadelphia police, undercover nar cot ins officers in the area of 16th and east hunting park. They saw two men inside a toyota and witnessed within man shot the other, get out of the car and into the white tahoe. No officers were shot, and they did not draw or fire weapons. However, they did pursue the white suv and thats how they located it here on coral street. There is one confirmed shooting victim. Police tell me he got himself to frankford and hes in surgery.
