Reporter Corporal Baker was found not guilty of seconddegree assault. He bowed his head in tears. His lawyer put his arm around him. But, then, the jury foreman announced Corporal James harrison, seconddegree assault, guilty. Harrison showed no emotion. The jury deliberated 6 1 2 hours. The jury deciding that the first officer, Corporal Baker, used legal force on the student but the second officer who joined in, Corporal James harrison used excessive force.
