Plans revealed to create new holiday lodges at Peldon Rose pub
PLANS to create a set of new holiday lodges on land behind a village pub have been revealed. Ariette Everett, the owner of the Peldon Rose, in Mersea Road, Peldon, has applied to Colchester Council for planning permission to build four new lodges on land behind the pub. Each lodge would be 1.5 storeys tall and have three-bedrooms, a living space, kitchen and bathroom.
