August 20. The victim died at a hospital. Police say mcallister escaped in a honda driven by this man, evans who has also been charged with murder. He says he and mcallister were looking for robbery victims that night. In fact, 5 hours before the shooting, police say the two men followed a 67yearold Jewelry Store owner.
