there has been no reports of damage or injuries. it is on people's minds after a 6.4 magnitude earthquake in humboldt county. the governor has declared a state of emergency. 14,000 customers remain with power but that is down from 72,000 right after the quake. authorities say two residents died because of medical emergencies. at least 12 others have been injured. the epicenter of the earthquake was just off the coast. there have been roughly 80 aftershocks so far and more are likely in the coming days. now this part of california is no stranger to seismic activity. one year ago the...
