We are looking at busy traffic. We will start off at the bay bridge toll plaza. You can see traffic is queuing up. It is about a 15 minute delay before you make it into the city. No major problems on the bridge but there is a lot of waiting. We get a little bit of a break as some have a spring break this week. Lets move on and look at highway 101 in San Francisco. It doesnt look okay approaching the 80 split with no major issues. Southbound 280 near bascom avenue, highway 17, a big rig and car accident. One vehicle is flipped over. It is not causing a big delay because it is in the non commute...
