We didnt interview with the sheriff and this is what she had to say about the situation. We dont know who picked him up or where hes going. He should be in prison right now. Hes not in our custody. It really brings to the attention of everybody that we need to change the law. Not only did she say to jerry brown, moving forward, there is nothing she can do about this case but moving forward anyone convicted of sexually assaulting anyone who is intoxicated must serve a minimum time and president and he will have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
