Hurricane matthew is bearing down on jamaica and haiti, flooding streets, sending people to emergency centers. In florida, Governor Scott declared a state of emergency for all counties in our state. Storm team 8 chief meteorologist stevejoins us now. This is a category four storm, it has shifted the trackback west toward florida. Something we will continue to watch. Usually every time that they are issued from the National Hurricane center, largely because atmospheric conditions are changing and the hurricane forecasting changes with computer models.
