The popular program was canceled this year in order to protect the well being of children and officers, but that doesn't mean officers are not helping area children in need. Dollar Tree employees donate to Project Santa Jamie Roth, Public Relations Manager Western Illinois Regional Council-Community Action Agency MACOMB – On December 7, 2020, employees of the Macomb Dollar Tree donated a large number of toys, books, and assorted stocking stuffers to the Western Illinois Regional Council-Community Action Agency’s (WIRC-CAA) Project Santa Program.
