Reporter its currently 81 degrees here. We are standing in an area that has already been burned by this rio vista fire. The winds are out of the north 20 to 30 Miles Per Hour making this an incredibly difficult blaze to battle. In fact, take a look at this terrain. Firefighters are telling me this is terrain thats very difficult to battle because it contains grass and brush and timber. And this fire has a every allotted of valleys and hills. It preheats the environment the terrain in front of it and then it runs quicker so in fact if you look at this hillside you can see a plume from the fire ...
