Coming out with what appears to be a lifeless girl. She was giving mouthtomouth and i said is the baby okay, and she said no she is not breath g breathing. I was pushing her and saying run run, the emergency room was right there, but she wouldnt run. A man grabbed the baby and rushed her inside of emergency room and the baby was produnound dead. The child care say state licensed facility and parents were allowed to go inside one by one to pick up their kids and parents say they never had a problem here.
