Determined this was a case of selfdefense. This began when two cars collided as they approached this coned off lane outside of sheridan elementary school. The school has nothing to do with what happened but after that minor accident, the two women got into a dispute in the middle of the crete. Take a look at some of the video from this morning. One of those women round up stabbing the other woman with what police are describing as a scalpel.
