Surprise, surprise, the glower, cringe or uncomfortableness on your face when seeing someone eat mucus out of their nose might actually be doing their health some good. Call it ‘unhygienic’ or a very nasty habit, one scientist adds that consuming the green gunk up your nostrils might be good for us. In case you haven’t tasted it, it somewhat tastes ‘sweet’ according to the scientist who credits the sweetness of the ‘mucus’ to be edible.
