Once youre willing to admit youre an alcoholic, its not something that goes away. Its something you deal with the rest of your life. Reporter dwyers efforts to do that helped the jail time go down. He will take the judges words and put them into action by making sure he is sober for the rest of his life. Reporter at least the next three years on probation. He is ordered to stay away from any place that sells alcohol. Step inside, and the judge says he will serve a year in jail. Reporter dwyer will begin his weekends on the 9th.
