Thats how much of the latino vote that john mccain got in 2008. Mccain did a big about face on the issue of immigration during that campaign. He led the push for the path to citizenship and then he faced a revolt from the right. He disavowed his own plan and then he only got 31 of the latino vote and he lost to barack obama. And then 27 , 27 of the latino vote, thats what mitt romney got in 2012. 27 .
