their trust. they will for ever be tainted by the fact that they were violated. she asked the jury to send michael gardner away for a very long time. now both counts of sexual battery carry a 1 to 20 year sentence and the object penetration carries a 5 to life sentence. the jury is obviously having difficulty reaching a unanimous decision on the sentence. in fact, they are just back from a 20 minute break they took and they are trying to come to some consensus on that. when they have it, we'll report back to you. i'm peggy fox reporting live. back to you. >> it's been a gut wrenching...
