Here on bartlet street. The victim of that attack told police she passed a man on the sidewalk, and he suddenly began punching her. When she covered her face to protect herself, the man ran off. The first incident happened nearly a month earlier on 23rd 23rd and Church Street in that incident the victim sass the map lunged at her and threw her on the ground, straddled her and then began bashing her head into the sidewalk.
