New restaurant coming to west Mobile Updated May 09, 2021; A new Mexican restaurant will be built on a one-acre site on Schillinger Road in west Mobile, next to Mellow Mushroom at 2409 Schillinger Road, according to Vallas Realty, which represented the buyer.
