Short film explores lure of surfing
Sligo's coastline will feature heavily in a short film about surfing that is included in the line-up for this year's Dublin International Film Festival. Ebb and Flow features the experiences of three fearless females and their passion for surfing the waves off the west coast of Ireland. Filmmaker Alice Ward captures the mystical relationship these women have with the power and magnitude of the Atlantic Ocean's surf.
