In advance of setting a budget next week for a new Watertown City Hall, the City Council dug into the minutia Monday morning of what it would take to renovate the downtown Wells Fargo building to serve as the new city hall. Located just west of the current city hall, the city purchased Wells Fargo building for $1.3 million with the intent of moving staff into it following renovations sometime this summer.
