Newark As part of the ongoing I-95 Southbound Sign Structures project, The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces to motorists that I-95 southbound, between the Welcome Center and Rt 896 interchange, will have intermittent daytime lane closures, starting at 7:00 am Wednesday, May 17th until 5:00 pm Thursday, May 18th. UPDATE In addition, there will be double left lane closures with rolling roadblocks Monday, May 22nd and Tuesday, May 23rd at night from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am. After that, there will be double right lane closures with rolling roadblocks on Wednesday, May 24th and Thursday, May 25th at night from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am. [More] ....

Old Pinnacle Building Demolition Work (N Maple St at W College St)
Expected No Lane Closures:  Monday through Friday:  Site construction work continues.  There will be partial lane closures at the intersection of W College St and N Maple St.  Appropriate traffic controls will be in place.
 
Oakland Court Development (Lokey Ave and Academy St)
Expected Road Closures:  Monday through Friday:  As part of the Oakland Court development, Academy St will be closed to through traffic between Palm Ct and Hembree St.  Lokey Ave will also be closed at Academy St.  Appropriate traffic controls and detours will be in place. ....

The New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) is replacing the
Route 7/Wittpenn Bridge over the Hackensack River at a cost of $495 million, with the goal of having the new bridge completed in early 2023. The bridge links Jersey City on the east side to the town of Kearny on the west side (Hudson County).
The construction began in November 2011, and in late September 2020 CCA Civil Inc. installed a unique bridge deck an orthotropic deck for the vertical lift span that is 324 ft. long. The project is being financed by federal funds and the Lincoln Tunnel Access Program. ....
