Valley in San Francisco. I can actually see maggots underneath the plastic near the meat i was selling inside the case. Reporter the meat clerk says he was shown the maggots in the case when he arrived at work monday afternoon. And there were more than 40 of them. It was pretty bad. Reporter the San Francisco Health Department tells kron4 news that whole foods told them all that was found was one dead maggot.
